Dr. Rich Parker

Dr. Parker serves as Chief Medical Officer for Arcadia with overall responsibility for the design and implementation of clinical strategies, input into the roadmap and development of Arcadia’s technology and service programs, thought leadership in support of providers transitioning to value-based care, and strategic advisory work for physician leaders at Arcadia’s clients.

Previously, Dr. Parker was an internist with a 30-year history at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. From 2001 until 2015, Dr. Parker served as the Medical Director and Chief Medical Officer for the 2,200 doctor Beth Israel Deaconess Care Organization. He oversaw the physician network evolve from a fee-for-service payment system to a nationally recognized global payment pioneer Accountable Care Organization. Dr. Parker’s other areas of expertise include end of life care, medical malpractice, care of the mentally ill, electronic medical records, and population health management. Dr. Parker served as assistant professor of medicine at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Parker graduated from Harvard College in 1978, and the Dartmouth-Brown Program in Medicine in 1985.

Dr. Parker is an in-demand speaker to associations, companies, and academic institutions on the topics of population health management, electronic health records, value-based care, and evolutionary, medical and business impacts of stress.

Stephanie Sample

In 2016, Stephanie Sample founded Fundraising for The Future to serve the nonprofit sector across New Mexico and the United States with grant writing, philanthropic advising, and social enterprise consulting. FFTF has raised millions of dollars for nonprofits of all sizes working to expand their impact in sectors including education, health and human services, arts and culture, environmental advocacy, animal welfare and more. FFTF has engaged with funders to identify grant-readiness in nonprofit organizations, to conduct sector wide focus groups to determine capacity needs, clarify scholarship processes, fundraise for foundations, and establish endowments. Monique Parker

Monique Parker is the Founder of Little Bit of Good, a capacity-building accelerator program and foundation serving Black led non profits in Texas. Little Bit of Good strives to increase awareness and action around the funding and resource inequities in the nonprofit sector, more specifically experienced within the Black population. Its mission is to equip and support Black nonprofit leaders with the strategy, resources and capital necessary to create sustainable and scalable impact within their communities through capacity building initiatives.

Stephanie King

Stephanie King bridges the gap between the tech nerds and the rest of us. She has spent a decade working as a Salesforce consultant, helping nonprofits leverage cloud technology to support their mission. Stephanie King is a 7x certified Senior Salesforce consultant on the Nonprofit practice team at Redpath Consulting Group. With a background in Language, Art, and Education, she has come to appreciate the power of technology to empower nonprofits to create more good in the world.

Kristin Steele

As a writer and teacher by trade, Kristin Steele partners with nonprofits to increase their impact and fundraising by strategically improving how they tell their story at events. Kristin helped start the consulting firm Swaim Strategies in 2004 and co-authored the book “Planning a Successful Major Donor Event.” As a passionate nonprofit advocate, she speaks nationally to help organizations generate change in their communities through their events.

Bond Lammey

I am an Executive Partner of Philanthropic Counsel at BWF, having recently transitioned from a full-time role to a part-time one while attending graduate school. My area of expertise is on building major and principal gift programs, including developing strategies to convert base and mid-level donors to major and transformational donors, and designing programs in support of an expanded relational fundraising business model. My client projects have included portfolio optimization, ultra-high-net worth cultivation strategies, relationship management program design and implementation, fundraising playbook development and training, and prospect development program assessments and design.

Heather Nelson
