Fred serves as the Chief Executive Officer for File990, one of the nation’s largest tax filing services for nonprofits. As an attorney with nearly 20 years of experience in the nonprofit management industry, Fred has earned the prestigious designation of “Certified Fund-Raising Executive” from CFRE International. He also voluntarily serves as a board member and leader for several nonprofits, and is licensed to practice law in the states of Florida and Georgia.

A.J. Steinberg is the Founder of Queen Bee Fundraising. With over 20 years of experience as a nonprofit event producer and engagement strategist, A.J. Steinberg has worked on over 100 successful events and raised millions of dollars for organizations with her Los Angeles-based production company. In 2015 A.J. launched Queen Bee Fundraising to share the art of nonprofit event planning, sponsorship acquisition, and engagement strategies with organizations worldwide.

Aaron Parker

As a Vice President with Pennington & Company, Aaron has demonstrated success leading and directing capital campaigns for fraternities nationwide. His passion for helping individuals align their interests to specific funding priorities, originated as a development officer for The University of Iowa. His work now helps facilitate transformational experiences for participants of membership-based organizations while enhancing their continued alumni engagement. Originally from Iowa and a Phi Kappa Psi member from the University of Iowa, Aaron now resides in Nashville, Tennessee with his wife Bethany, new-born son Campbell, and dog Huck.

Growing up in the fundraising community with her parents having served on many nonprofit boards, Torey developed a passion for the industry at a young age. As the spokesperson for Oscar Mayer Wienermobile and traveling the country, she witnessed the full extent a visual connection can have emotionally on a person.
