Daria L. Hall is an Executive Vice President in the Washington, D.C. office of Fenton. Bringing more than 15 years of experience to her position, Daria works collaboratively with senior leadership across the firm, plays a pivotal role in new business activities and provides day-to-day oversight of accounts as well as high-level strategic counsel to Fenton clients.

Farra Trompeter

Farra Trompeter, she/her, is Co-Director and Member-Owner at Big Duck, a worker-owned cooperative that builds strong brands, campaigns, and teams for nonprofit organizations, foundations, and government agencies. Farra directs Big Duck’s marketing and business development efforts, seeking to build relationships with nonprofits who want to use communications to achieve their mission. Farra has led dozens of organizations through major brand overhauls, fundraising campaigns, and much more since joining Big Duck in 2007. She’s a frequent speaker around the country, training nonprofit staff and board members on branding, communications planning, and engaging donors at all giving levels. Farra holds a Master of Science in Nonprofit Management from The New School and is an adjunct professor at the NYU Wagner Graduate School of Public Service.
