Stephen has spent the last three and a half years in the association tech space, all with Breezio. While at Breezio, Stephen fell in love with the non-profit and association space and he uses his experience to translate issues that associations have into solutions found in technology.

Aside from his work at HLT, Adam also spends his time mentoring and leading various Iowa-based organizations.

As part of the Professional Services team, Janine has managed the build of a multitude of online courses across many industries and for a variety of learners, pairing best practices for today’s learners with meeting business objectives. Janine currently manages a team of Learning Content Managers and Learning Technologists, while overseeing content development projects to build new eLearning content for the BenchPrep platform. Her background is in academic editing, publishing, and content development.

She has over 12 years of senior leadership experience helping organizations implement continuing education strategies and has implemented hundreds of learning and technology platforms. She is also a university lecturer, sought-after speaker, writer, and consultant on continuing education, digital technologies, and Agile project management practices. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, and an MA and Doctorate in Education.
