Jenn has created technology solutions in the public and nonprofit sector for over 25 years. She is the founder of Deep Why design, a firm that helps nonprofits who use - or want to use - Salesforce for far more than fundraising.

Jenn's areas of expertise are in the design and management of information systems. She works extensively in designing methods for reducing manual data entry within and between organizations as well as establishing patterns for trusted and trustworthy data.

Jenn holds an MBA in Nonprofit Management from the Heller School, Brandeis and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Alabama.

Mackenzie is a Partnership Success Specialist at Double the Donation, the leading provider of matching gift automation software. With a Master of Marketing degree, she understands the importance of nailing messaging and creating cohesive campaigns that resonate with audiences. Through her role, Mackenzie works with fundraising technology companies to help nonprofits and educational institutions leverage the power of corporate matching gifts.

Jordan has worked with Salesforce at nonprofits, foundations, government agencies, and Fortune 50 companies and is excited to be able to use his skills to help nonprofits and foundations to achieve their goals.

Jordan has a MA in International Relations from the University of St. Andrews, Scotland. He is a Salesforce Certified Administrator, Nonprofit Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Data Architect, Business Analyst, Sharing and Visibility Architect, Platform App Builder, and Strategy Designer.

Jordan lives in rural Washington County, NY, with his wife, new baby boy, and dogs. You can find him tending to his bees, working in his garden, swimming, fishing, and hiking in his spare time.

Chelsea founded FundMiner after working within Advancement Operations for five years at the University of Texas at El Paso. She oversaw gift administration and compliance functions, database and reporting team, gift processing team, research, prospect management, budget, and hr functions.

Fundminer empowers education and nonprofit organizations to raise more money, effectively administer funds, and reduce risks through a comprehensive suite of solutions that focus on effective gift administration.

Jeff is no stranger to fundraising events, having participated in them for over 25 years. He ran his first fundraiser in 2005 and has managed over 50 auction events and fundraisers for his own charities, not to mention hundreds more with Handbid. Jeff has been involved in technical product and software development since 1996 and has built and managed mobile app solutions since 2008. When it became clear that he and his wife, Kari Porter, needed a better solution for their fundraisers, developing a mobile bidding app was a no-brainer. The result? Jeff and his wife Kari developed and launched Handbid in 2011. The rest is what they call “history”.
