Erik has been working in digital fundraising, marketing and advertising for almost two decades. A sought-after speaker and thought leader in the technology and digital fundraising space, Erik works strategically with organisations to help them see their potential through the lens of technology and digital fundraising. Erik has developed campaigns for Oxfam, Amnesty International, Save the Children, Operation Smile Canada, Covenant House International, Oceans North, United To Beat Malaria, MSF USA and many others. 

Dana Textoris

Dana joined the Grants Plus team in 2013 and assumed the role of CEO in 2022 as the firm marked 15 years of service and $300 million in grant funding for its nonprofit clients. During her tenure, she has innovated services, developed the Grants Plus standards of excellence for grant writing and equitable language, and served as a trusted advisor to hundreds of nonprofits, foundations, and partners. Prior to joining Grants Plus, Dana raised millions of dollars as a fund development leader for organizations including the ACLU of Northern California, NARAL Pro-Choice America, and the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and Museum. To further equity and access in the philanthropic sector, Dana serves on the DEI Taskforce of The Giving Institute, the national association that produces the Giving USA Report.

Melissa Declue

I’m a non-profit coach that empowers the new and existing generation of passionate non-profit founders with the tools to amplify their mission through transformative donor experiences and community-centric strategies. Melissa has over 10 years of experience in building relationships through higher education and fundraising. She currently is the Director of Annual Giving at Prisma Health Midlands Foundation while continuing to serve community nonprofits within her state and beyond. When she is not building donor engagement programs, she is spending time with her family in Lexington, SC .

Marijana Boone

Marijana is a skilled senior organizational leader with a passion for identifying and implementing technology solutions and best practice processes that improve organizational KPIs. She is a supportive manager with an aptitude for recognizing and nurturing employee superpowers and building growth paths. Additionally, she is also a SaaS product manager laser-focused on client experience and success as a measure of success for technology solutions.

Jerry Tsai

Jerry is the President of Acceptd, the premier application and audition platform for the performing arts.

Acceptd was founded in 2011 and works with performing arts programs from across the globe, ranging from universities, orchestras, ballets, theaters, workshops, camps, competitions, and more.

Prior to Acceptd, Jerry worked at Teach For America in Las Vegas where he taught 4th grade and served on their Development Team. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Cincinnati and a Master of Education from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Jerry resides in Columbus, Ohio with his dog Kya and enjoys spending his free time golfing, at church, at the gym, and with friends & family.

Erin Linkins

Erin Linkins (she/they) is a Senior HR Professional with more than 20 years of experience working in human resources for creative and tech-focused companies, so their role as Kanopi’s Director of Human Resources makes them feel right at home. Erin spends their workdays focused on listening, solving problems, and untangling knots for Kanopi’s growing, fully-distributed team. They spend their personal time as a respected nightclub DJ in Washington, DC, creating art, and doing the bidding of their cats, Fetty and Snoop.

Allison Fuller

Allison Fuller has worked in the nonprofit world for ten years and brings a wealth of experiences and knowledge to the nonprofit arena. As a former Escrow Officer, Allison brings her extensive planning and logistical experience into overseeing many aspects of management organization, contract administration, strategic planning and operations. In addition, as a graphic designer and web marketer, she brings unique talents to nonprofits, expanding resources and efficiency. Allison has always had a passion for helping youth and has worked with several major non-profit organizations including Autism Speaks, YWCA, and Step Up Womens Network. She currently sits on the Board for several community organizations in addition to serving as the President and Founding Member of The LEAP Foundation, a nonprofit providing micro-loans to empower women worldwide.
