As the current People & Culture Manager at Minutes Solutions, Ashley is passionate about improving the workplace and helping to create a culture of respect, support, and collaboration. It is our goal at Minutes Solutions to not only offer an exceptional, quality minute taking service to our customers, but also to offer that same level of quality and attention to our employees.

In her free time, Ashley enjoys painting, writing, and road tripping with her 100-pound partner in crime, a Bernese shepherd named Ollie!

Dan Streeter

Dan Streeter’s educational journey has involved classrooms and boardrooms. Starting as a passionate teacher, ascending to a school principal, and now on his third entrepreneurial venture with Mission Fuel, Streeter’s multifaceted background informs his unique approach to eLearning. His venture does three things: designs AI-accelerated, SME-verified eLearning content, equips associations with effective tools to market and sell this content, and provides, sets up, and manages the LMS—all for minimal investment through the revenue share program. Streeter’s vision? An eLearning world where access to quality eLearning and non-dues revenue through education is the norm for all learners and associations, big and small.

Patti Schutte is a presentation design and delivery expert. She has over a decade of experience coaching hundreds of professionals in various situations where exceptional presentation skills are needed: keynotes, tech talks, conferences, corporate internal and external meetings, webinars, sales presentations, social media, and more. She is passionate about building business leaders into brilliant presenters and helping you to overcome your uncertainties, stop leaving your presentations to chance, and magnify your ability to lead, influence, and make a lasting impact.

Jennifer Alluisi

Jennifer Alluisi MA Ed, CAE, is an Account Executive at Custom Management Group (CMG), an accredited association management company, where she holds different titles for the various associations managed by CMG. Jen engages in a wide variety of work for her associations, including (but not limited to) board and committee management, conference program planning, certification program management, mentoring program management, and management of both in-person and online education. She earned her both her BA and her MA Ed from the College of William and Mary, and began her career as a middle school teacher (though that didn’t last long). When she’s not working, Jen enjoys reading and spending time with her husband and daughter at their home in Virginia’s Blue Ridge mountains.

Don Souhrada

The creative solutions that Don Souhrada offers his clients draw on his 30 years of experience working with a broad range of nonprofit organizations. He has worked for major public universities, private universities large and small, a large membership association, and for two of the nation’s top hospitals.

Prior to joining TW&B, Don served as Director of Major Gifts for the University of Chicago Medical Center and most recently as Director of Development for the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago where he developed RIC’s grateful patient fundraising program.

Don’s breadth of experience has honed his skills working directly with donors as a frontline fundraiser and as a manager of development officers. He also brings extensive experience using wealth screening tools to identify actionable major gift prospects and build individual giving programs.

Howie Hutchinson

Howie Hutchinson is the Director of Philanthropy for the Dormie Network Foundation. Howie has over 15 years of experience in the nonprofit industry, having worked with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado, Goodwill Industries of Denver, and HopeKids Colorado. He has experience, with program development, fundraising, and organizational leadership. Howie’s personal mission is to activate generosity by helping people understand the value of their time, talents, and treasures and the resources they can be to our community. Howie lives in Denver, CO and prioritizes his time with his family which includes his wife, daughter, and son. They are always on the lookout for their next adventure whether near or far!

Jarrett Ransom

Jarrett Ransom, known as the Nonprofit Nerd, has experience working in the trenches of the nonprofit community for nearly 20 years. From start-ups to multi-million dollar charitable organizations, she wears many hats and under her leadership and guidance, her teams across the nation raise millions of dollars every year to support and sustain their mission.

Shaun Kulesza

Shaun is the Founder and CEO of ShopRaise. As an entrepreneur and executive with over 15 years working with socially conscious startups, he brings creativity, passion, marketing and technical expertise that is the driving force behind these ventures. Shaun lives in Colorado with his wife and daughter. He enjoys hiking, swimming and spending time in the rocky mountains.

Chris Hammond

Christopher Hammond is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Corporate Giving Connection. Chris has 13 years of event management and 10 years of nonprofit management experience, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and his Master’s in Public Policy and Administration from California Lutheran University. Chris exhibits a tremendous amount of dedication, energy and passion in order to achieve positive deliverables. Displays proven ability to innovate by altering the fundraising model in order to increase donations. Demonstrates strong leadership abilities as indicated by board, chapter and volunteer management experience at Best Buddies Virginia and the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition. 

Sherry Quam Taylor

Sherry Quam Taylor works with growth-minded Nonprofit CEOs who are scaling their organizations but still need larger amounts of general operating support to accomplish their Strategic Plans. She breaks their teams free from the limitations of transactional fundraising and helps them reimagine their entire approach to revenue generation. The high-performing leaders Sherry works with need more unrestricted revenue from investment-level donors. As a result of learning her methodology, Sherry’s clients regularly add 7-figures of gen-ops revenue to their bottom line by learning how to attract investment-level donors that WANT to fund their work.
