Cliff Persaud is the Director of Creative Services at Kanopi Studios where he specializes in working with higher education and non-profit clients. Cliff delights in working with organizations to elevate their online presence, making complex challenges beautiful, functional, and optimized. With nearly 20 years of experience as a designer, instructor, and creative leader, Cliff brings a unique blend of creativity and strategic thinking. He’s active in the crafting of user-first full lifecycle experiences from initial discovery, through strategy, UX, creative and technical development to create sites that excite our clients and fulfill their objectives.

Sarah Landman

Sarah has served as a major gift officer and leader of two national fundraising consulting firms. She has helped raise over $500 million for nonprofits during her 19-year career. She currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Insightful, powered by NewsBank, Inc. Insightful is a new software that provides donor insights to deepen relationships. Sarah holds a B.A. in Theatre and an M.A. in Philanthropy and Development from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. She writes and speaks on the topic of Millennial Philanthropy at regional and national meetings and conferences. Sarah was named 40 under 40 by Gulfshore Business Magazine and serves on the Board of Trustees of Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota and Catholic Charities, Diocese of Venice, FL. She is a native of Winona, Minnesota and currently lives in Naples, Florida with her husband and children.

Sheri Chaney Jones

Sheri Chaney Jones is the founder and president of SureImpact. A researcher and expert in social impact measurement, Sheri believes in data, metrics, and accountability. She is a thought leader on public sector evaluation and applied organizational research. She is the author of Impact & Excellence: Data-Driven Strategies for Aligning Mission, Culture, and Performance in Nonprofit and Government Organizations (Jossey Bass, 2014). Sheri is passionate about women’s equity and the advancement of girls. She is the Columbus Chapter President of the National Association of Women Business Owners and a Commissioner for the Columbus.

Owen Demmerly

Owen is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ at Greenspring Advisors that specializes in working with foundations/endowments, individuals, and families. At Greenspring, he is an integral part of the financial planning committee and leads the Baltimore chapter of The National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA). He is also the treasurer of a Maryland non-profit called the Starboard Society. Outside of the financial world Owen enjoys spending time with his family, staying active, and playing the guitar.

Jeff Porter

Jeff is no stranger to fundraising events, having participated in them for over 25 years. He ran his first fundraiser in 2005 and has managed over 50 auction events and fundraisers for his own charities, not to mention hundreds more with Handbid. Jeff has been involved in technical product and software development since 1996 and has built and managed mobile app solutions since 2008. When it became clear that he and his wife, Kari Porter, needed a better solution for their fundraisers, developing a mobile bidding app was a no-brainer. The result? Jeff and his wife Kari developed and launched Handbid in 2011. The rest is what they call “history”.

Greg McRay

Greg McRay is the founder and CEO of Foundation Group, one of the nation’s top providers of tax and compliance services to nonprofits. Greg and his team have worked with tens of thousands of nonprofits for over 25 years, assisting them with formation of new charities, plus tax, bookkeeping, and compliance services. He is credentialed as an Enrolled Agent, the highest designation of tax specialist recognized by the Internal Revenue Service. Based in Nashville, Tennessee, Greg and company work with charities and nonprofits all across the country and worldwide.

Christina Cahill

Christina Cahill is a Shareholder at Polsinelli. She focuses on advising on the tax aspects of charitable giving, philanthropy and representation of domestic and international nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations. Christina is a member of the Strategic Nonprofit Solutions team at Polsinelli, which helps nonprofits and other social impact-oriented organizations and individuals solve their most crucial strategic, administrative and development challenges. With deep experience in tax-exempt organization issues and management, state regulatory compliance requirements, and donor advised fund (DAF) legal administration, Christina is passionate about providing a personalized approach to organizations and individuals to allow clients to focus on maximizing philanthropic impact.

Kristy Fontelera is a creative professional with a background in corporate and nonprofit social media advertising and brand strategy. As the Chief Marketing Officer at the Funds2Orgs Group & Elsey Enterprises, she works with a suite of global fundraising brands as well as manages national campaigns for her clients. She hosts a monthly webinar with Funds2Orgs teaching nonprofits how to make an impact with their social media strategy. Kristy is a passionate individual that loves nothing more than to help others make an impact in their market and the world.

Mike Montalto

amplifi’s Marketing Manager, Mike Montalto, loves alliteration and has been with the company for over five years. His role involves producing and distributing educational content that helps nonprofits think differently about their fundraising approach and rise above the noise with their communications strategy. When he’s not writing about nonprofits, Mike enjoys playing bass and cheering on the New York Rangers.
