She holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from New York University, focusing on nonprofit management and finance, and is the creator of Master Your Nonprofit Numbers, an online course in financial management for nonprofit leaders. When she is not crunching numbers, Stephanie is exploring the world with her husband and two young daughters.

Dr. Sonia Daniels is a serial entrepreneur and business owner from Louisiana. She’s partnered with a host of clients from newly formed non-profit organizations to multinational technology companies to improve impact and increase revenue. When she isn’t entrepreneuring, Sonia indulges in solo international travel, trying new foods, exploring the arts, caring for her many houseplants, and taking afternoon naps.

Over the last decade, she has been a consultant with various organizations to build brands, earn awareness, lead cross-functional teams, strengthen boards, generate revenue, build quality programming, and match program initiatives with potential funding sources. She has worked primarily in the workforce development sector, managing donor portfolios that range from $3M to $ 15M and building strategic partnerships. She also works with organizations nationwide, supporting strategic planning efforts that maximize impact and move missions forward. Jen holds a BA in Public Relations and Spanish from North Carolina State University. She has also completed additional professional training in Fundraising and Program Development from esteemed programs nationwide.
