Debbie Cameron

Debbie’s decade of experience at nonprofits before joining Build prepared her well to be Partner. Large engagements have allowed her to develop a deep expertise in project management and prioritization. Debbie has interacted with audiences that spanned entry-level to executive, which gives her many lenses to look at the recommendations and solutions Build provides to our clients. This also allows her to understand the change management required for any strategic initiative.  Debbie has consistently demonstrated an ability to get things done amidst conflict and challenges, and she is a creative problem-solver.

Andrew Penchuk

Andrew is obsessed with customers. His goal is to turn customers into raving fans and power users of Tatango. With over 23 years of experience in marketing, product management and customer success roles in the software industry, Andrew joined Tatango at the start of 2021. Before that, he spent time at high-growth startups such as iContact and Netsertive. He holds an MBA from Wake Forest University and BA from Skidmore College. He currently resides in Cary, North Carolina. He’s also an extremely mediocre beer league hockey player, if you need a sub.

Tom Ralser

Tom has worked with hundreds of organizations of all kinds, from Chambers of Commerce to religious organizations, national museums to rural health networks, and local youth organizations to international research institutes. He pioneered the concept of applying return on investment (ROI) principles to nonprofit fundraising, and fundraisers have described his work as the “silver bullet” that justifies larger investments in nonprofit organizations.

Hundreds of organizations have utilized Tom’s sustainability planning techniques to ensure they can thrive in a tight money environment. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, which provides the framework for his Investment-Driven Model™ of fundraising and led to the development of the Organizational Value Proposition®, which is widely used by corporations, foundations, and individuals as confirmation that the nonprofits in which they invest are truly delivering outcomes with values.

Erin Straza

Erin Straza is a Chief Content Strategist, communications consultant, and creative writer. For more than 25 years, she has crafted powerful messaging for nonprofit and corporate clients from across the country and serving constituencies around the world. Erin specializes in developing and implementing core messaging strategies with marcom nonprofit teams to make their mission irresistible to donors. As a result, organizations are equipped to overhaul their team’s approach to donor engagement and budgetary growth. A published author, conference speaker, podcast host, and avid reader, Erin never tires exploring intriguing ideas, listening to stories, and indulging her incurable wanderlust.

Carrie Fox

Carrie Fox is the founder and CEO of Mission Partners, a woman-owned strategic communications firm and Certified B Corporation that guides high-potential nonprofits, foundations, and socially responsible corporations in realizing their greatest social impact. Since launching her first firm in 2004, she has guided hundreds of organizations around the world to lead with purpose, fueling organizations and their missions forward in new and more impactful ways.

She worked in several public affairs and public relations firms, including Prism Public Affairs, before launching her own. Those early career experiences, coupled with her unique career start as director of communications and spokesperson for Ripken Baseball, which was founded to manage Hall of Famer Cal Ripken, Jr.’s many efforts, including his nationally recognized youth baseball initiative, helped her hone a unique blend of services that sit at the intersection of public relations, policy and philanthropy.  

Carrie is an engaged resident of Rockville, MD, where she resides with her husband, two elementary age daughters, and their dog, Baxter. 

Kimmi Cantrell Kamson

Kimmi Kamson is an unrelenting optimist who is passionate about bringing love and light to the workplace. As Vice President of Client Services and Business Development of Careers In Nonprofits, she spends her days connecting with nonprofit decision makers and serving as a consultative partner in their hiring needs. In her 7 years as a nonprofit staffing leader, she has established new initiatives, cultivated innovative team dynamics, and delivered content to numerous groups to enhance the nonprofit sector through staffing. Kimmi oversees staff and nonprofit clients located across the country.

Kimmi earned her BA in Communication and M.Ed. in Educational Leadership, both from Valdosta State University.

Jennifer Loftus

Jennifer C. Loftus is a Founding Partner of and National Director for Astron Solutions, a New York City-based compensation and Human Resource consulting firm. Jennifer has 27 years of experience garnered at organizations including the Hay Group, Parsons Brinckerhoff, Eagle Electric Manufacturing Company, and Harcourt General.

Jennifer has held volunteer leadership roles with SHRM, New York City SHRM, and WorldatWork. She serves as a subject matter expert to the SHRM Learning System and as a SHRM instructor. Jennifer is a sought-after speaker for local & national conferences and media outlets.

Jennifer has an MBA in Human Resource Management with highest honors from Pace University and a BS in Accounting summa cum laude from Rutgers University.

Skye Mercer


Skye, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is a certified HR Consultant and Leadership Coach with over 20 years of HR experience. She supports leaders with people-centered, inclusive, and compliant HR practices to create organizational cultures where employees want to stay and do their best work. Skye provides on-demand HR advice, monthly retainer HR consulting, employee handbooks, and leadership training.

Christi McDaniel

Being born and raised in the city of Compton, giving back has always been embedded into Christi’s DNA. Being involved heavily in the church, volunteering for many organizations, and working in the community is what birthed her very own nonprofit, Children Striving Together, which later created The Power Legacy. When she first started her business, she only had library books and expensive startup fees with neither assistance nor guidance. Christi wants to ensure that this does not happen to the next person with a vision, dream, and solution to a reoccurring problem.

Traci King

Traci King started her career in the events industry 10 years ago where she served as a Meeting Content Manager for an Association Management Company. There she worked to develop programs for medical and scientific conferences ranging from 500 to 5,000 attendees. Using event technology software, Traci became aware of Cadmium (formerly CadmiumCD) and the abundant platform that they offered. Traci joined the team in 2013 as an Abstract Scorecard Project Manager. She helped clients dtheir submission and reviews processes surrounding multiple applications, taking care to pay attention to client’s budget and project timelines. In 2016, Traci began working on the sales team, working with prospects and clients to create solutions to save their team’s time, produce better events and maximize revenue. Now, Traci operates as Cadmium’s Vice President of Event Tech Sales and looks to create change within the event and learning management environments by creating awareness of the benefits of a single platform solution that is Cadmium.

Traci earned her Bachelor’s of Science and Master’s of Public Policy from Vanderbilt University She enjoys exploring small and large cities, listening to podcasts, cooking and eating, and being around the people she loves.
