Dr. Sonia Daniels is a serial entrepreneur and business owner from Louisiana. She's partnered with a host of clients from newly formed non-profit organizations to multinational technology companies to improve impact and increase revenue. When she isn't entrepreneuring, Sonia indulges in solo international travel, trying new foods, exploring the arts, caring for her many houseplants, and taking afternoon naps.

Kelley McGeehan has more than 25 years of experience working in and for nonprofits nationwide, setting up prospect management systems, running moves management meetings, analyzing data, crafting research profiles, training teams how to support their philanthropy officers, and more. She does the work behind the scenes, allowing you to do what you do best – build relationships with prospects and donors to fund the important work of your organization. Her work is informed by 16 years of experience as a philanthropy officer. She founded Conduit Philanthropic Intelligence Partner in 2011.

Barbara O’Reilly, CFRE brings to her clients thirty years of annual fund, major gifts, and campaign fundraising experience at major non-profit organizations including Harvard University, the National Trust for Historic Preservation, Oxford University, and the American Red Cross. Her firm, Windmill Hill Consulting, helps non-profit organizations peel back the layers and develop a fundraising strategy to build effective donor relationships and catapult their revenue. She is the past president of the AFP Washington Metro Chapter.
