He has worked for major public universities, private universities large and small, a large membership association, and for two of the nation’s top hospitals.

Prior to joining TW&B, Don served as Director of Major Gifts for the University of Chicago Medical Center and most recently as Director of Development for the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago where he developed RIC’s grateful patient fundraising program.

Don’s breadth of experience has honed his skills working directly with donors as a frontline fundraiser and as a manager of development officers. He also brings extensive experience using wealth screening tools to identify actionable major gift prospects and build individual giving programs.

Starting her career at Deloitte Consulting, Anne has been an organizational development consultant and trainer for over twenty years in the nonprofit and private sector. In 2007, she co-founded Fio Partners, a consulting firm which serves nonprofits, foundations, and government organizations. Her strength lies in her ability to listen to her clients’ needs and develop customized solutions. From working with large nonprofits, such as community colleges, libraries, and philanthropic organizations to working with cross-sector collaboratives, she supports leaders in making critical strategic decisions. Her ability to guide organizations through their inflection points – whether due to consolidation or growth – is unsurpassed. Anne has an MBA in Management from Columbia University and a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Wellesley College.

Marc founded Empreinte Consulting to facilitate the work that is improving or transforming the human experience. Having served as the conduit for relationships between philanthropists and the organizations that benefit from their generosity for more than 24 years, he is able to provide broad and in-depth development leadership and philanthropic counsel. His work is supported by a wealth of knowledge on the strategies and best practices associated with both fundraising and giving.

Prior to launching Empreinte, Marc spent a decade building relationships with individuals and businesses who had an interest in or ability to support the University of Rochester and Rochester Regional Health. At the University, he supported fundraising efforts for Golisano Children’s Hospital and led the Del Monte Neuromedicine Institute Advancement team, as well as other programs. And at Rochester Regional, he oversaw a team of development professionals and worked closely with leadership to establish and implement a strategy for a comprehensive fundraising campaign. Before he entered the world of fundraising, Marc was doing recruiting for a division of Cochran, Cochran & Yale, a professional, technical, and executive search and recruitment firm. His experience there enabled him to establish Tax Integrity, LLC, which specialized in placing tax professionals in Fortune 500 companies.

Throughout his career, Marc has always been passionate about volunteering and giving back to his community. He has served on the board of Mary Cariola Children’s Center, which provides education and life skill solutions to individuals with complex disabilities. For the last 13 years he has been the coach and board member within the youth soccer club Cobras FC. In his spare time, he enjoys golf, soccer, and traveling with his wife, Jeannine, and their three children.

Marc is a graduate of Keuka College, where he earned a B.S. in Human Resource Management.
