Terry Pearl
Terry Pearl is the Founder & CEO of 360 Philanthropy Group and a leading strategist in fundraising, strategic planning, campaigns, corporate/foundation relations, and board development. Over two decades as a fundraiser, she has raised more than $200 million for nonprofits. As well as her current work with American Society for the University of Haifa, Terry has consulted with the Society for Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging; the College Completion Innovation Fund; Hadassah, the Women’s Zionist Organization of America; Hackensack Meridian Health; and the YWCA of NYC. Prior to consulting, she led fundraising teams for NYU Langone Health, Mount Sinai Health, St. Joseph’s Health, Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, and The Headstrong Project.
Terry earned a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from the University of Pennsylvania, as well as Master of Public Administration and Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of Miami. Terry has served on the Board of Directors for the United Synagogue of Hoboken, Learning Community Charter School in Jersey City, NJ, the Association of Fundraising Professionals New Jersey Chapter, and the Morristown Rotary Club, and has been named a Paul Harris Fellow by Rotary International. Terry lives in Hoboken, NJ with her husband and daughter.
