Julie Farrell

Julie Farrell is the founder of PlanHero®, a software platform for organizing and scheduling groups easily and efficiently. PlanHero® is used by nonprofits, schools, churches, universities, large companies, and small businesses throughout the country.

In addition to previously leading engineering and software teams in the industrial laser industry, she has served in leadership roles on numerous nonprofit boards. 

In her personal life, Julie enjoys adventurous travel including bungee-jumping in New Zealand and Oregon, crawling under Egypt’s pyramids, and being lifted in an elephant’s trunk. She’s the mother of two young men, is married to Mason, and dreams of one day writing a great American novel.
